Установка

1. Закройте Audition, REAPER и Resolve.
2. Запустите SP_1.1.1_Setup.exe.
3. Выберите язык и отметьте программы, куда нужно поставить интеграцию.
4. После установки откройте Subtitle Prompter из меню нужной программы.

Android-приложение ставится отдельно: скачайте SP_Actor_1.1.1.apk на планшет и разрешите установку из браузера или файлового менеджера. Перед переходом с версии 1.0.2 удалите прежнее приложение и установите 1.1.1 заново. Это требуется один раз; следующие обновления будут ставиться поверх.

В конце установки можно сразу открыть PDF-инструкцию. Позже она доступна в папке установленного дистрибутива User Guide.

Быстрый старт

1. Откройте проект в Audition, REAPER или Resolve Studio.
2. Запустите Subtitle Prompter.
3. Выберите источник текста: файл, Google Docs, Google Sheets, документ Office или данные проекта.
4. Проверьте текущую, предыдущую и следующую реплику.
5. Если нужен планшет, нажмите кнопку QR и отсканируйте код в Android-приложении или браузере.
6. Для записи используйте кнопки назад, вперёд, запись, воспроизведение и стоп в основном окне или на планшете.

Источники текста

Файлы и документы

Можно открыть SRT, ASS/SSA, VTT, SBV, TTML/DFXP, SAMI, LRC, MPL2, TXT, Word, Excel, CSV и TSV. Файл можно выбрать кнопкой или просто перетащить в окно Subtitle Prompter. При повторном открытии проекта восстанавливаются выбранный источник и настройки колонок.

Google Docs и Google Sheets

Для Google Sheets вставляйте прямую ссылку на нужный лист. Отдельного выбора листов нет: используется тот лист, который открыт в ссылке. Доступ должен быть включён для чтения по ссылке.

В таблицах и Office-документах Subtitle Prompter сначала ищет две соседние колонки с таймкодами: старт и конец. Конец принимается только если он позже старта. Если такой пары нет, используется одна колонка старта, а конец берётся по следующей реплике или по концу файла.

В настройке колонок можно выбрать старт, конец, текст и персонажа. Колонка конца необязательна. Это полезно, если автоматическое распознавание зацепило не ту таблицу или служебные строки.

Роли

Если в источнике есть колонка персонажа, реплики окрашиваются по ролям. Фильтр ролей влияет на экран и на экспорт выбранных реплик.

Тайминг и отображение реплик

Если у реплики есть старт и конец, Subtitle Prompter показывает именно зону реплики. На waveform эта зона закрашивается цветом персонажа. Если конца нет, используется старая логика: старт текущей реплики и старт следующей.

Закрашивание текста показывает прогресс внутри текущей реплики. Оно передаётся на браузерный экран и в Android-приложение, чтобы актёр видел тот же ритм, что и в основном окне.

Если пауза между репликами меньше 0.5 секунды, предыдущая фраза остаётся на экране до следующей, чтобы экран не мигал пустым состоянием.

• Offset сдвигает текст относительно таймлайна.
• Preroll запускает повтор чуть раньше реплики.
• Loop повторяет выбранную реплику с заданными полями до и после.

Референсная waveform

Waveform помогает видеть речь и паузы в оригинале. Она должна рисоваться даже на участках без текста: отсутствие субтитра не означает отсутствие звука.

Для больших или нестандартных аудио Subtitle Prompter строит пики через ffmpeg и кэширует результат. Первый расчёт может занять время, зато повторное открытие того же материала должно быть быстрее.

В браузерном экране waveform загружается отдельно от realtime-состояния, поэтому экран не должен получать огромный массив на каждом обновлении. Если поменялся референсный трек, внешний экран подгружает новую волну по ключу.

Внешний экран и Android APK

Компьютер и Android-устройство должны находиться в одной локальной сети. Откройте окно подключения, покажите QR-код и отсканируйте его в APK. При первом запуске приложение сразу открывает сканер. Если камера не фокусируется, коснитесь области QR.

На телефоне и планшете показываются текущая и следующая реплика, таймкод и waveform. Текстовая информация о треке на APK не выводится, чтобы не занимать место.

В APK есть стрелки назад и вперёд, кнопка QR, запись, воспроизведение и стоп. Команды отправляются в тот источник синхронизации, откуда сейчас пришло состояние: Audition, REAPER или Resolve.

Браузерный экран доступен по QR или по локальной ссылке из окна подключения. Не заменяйте адрес компьютера на 127.0.0.1: на планшете этот адрес указывает на сам планшет. Экран использует тот же таймкод, закрашивание текста и зоны реплик на waveform, что и APK.

Audition, REAPER и Resolve

Adobe Audition

Откройте multitrack-сессию и выберите Window - Extensions - Subtitle Prompter. Для референсной waveform выберите нужную дорожку. Кнопки записи, воспроизведения и стопа управляют транспортом Audition.

REAPER

После установки перезапустите REAPER и выберите Extensions - Subtitle Prompter. Откроется нативная док-панель; Lua-скрипт импортировать не нужно. Можно использовать регионы, маркеры, субтитры, документы, Google Docs или Google Sheets.

DaVinci Resolve Studio

Интеграция запускается через Workspace - Workflow Integrations. Нужен открытый проект и активный таймлайн. Целевой вариант для этой сборки — DaVinci Resolve Studio.

Клавиши и управление

• F5 — повторить текущую реплику с preroll.
• F6 — предыдущая реплика.
• F7 — следующая реплика.
• F8 — показать или скрыть соседние реплики.
• F9 — закрашивание текста.
• F10 — режим компоновки.
• F11 — обновить waveform.
• Ctrl+Shift+R — перечитать текущий источник текста.

Клавиши можно переназначить в настройках.

Если что-то не работает

• Если Google Sheets не загружается, проверьте доступ по ссылке и что ссылка ведёт на нужный лист.
• Если старт берётся из неправильной колонки, откройте настройку колонок и выберите старт вручную. Конец можно оставить пустым.
• Если waveform пустая, проверьте выбранный трек и нажмите обновление waveform. Для больших файлов подождите окончания первого расчёта.
• Если на планшете пусто, проверьте, что устройства находятся в одной сети, Windows разрешил доступ Bridge в брандмауэре и QR содержит локальный адрес компьютера, а не 127.0.0.1.
• Если кнопки APK не управляют записью, проверьте, что хост-программа открыта и Subtitle Prompter получает от неё синхронизацию.

Install

1. Close Audition, REAPER, and Resolve.
2. Run SP_1.1.1_Setup.exe.
3. Choose the language and select the host apps you want to install.
4. After installation, open Subtitle Prompter from the selected host app.

The Android app is installed separately: download SP_Actor_1.1.1.apk to the tablet and allow installation from the browser or file manager. When moving from version 1.0.2, uninstall the previous app and install 1.1.1 again. This is a one-time step; later updates will install over it.

At the end of setup you can open the PDF guide immediately. It remains available in the installed distribution's User Guide folder.

Quick Start

1. Open a project in Audition, REAPER, or Resolve Studio.
2. Launch Subtitle Prompter.
3. Select a text source: file, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Office document, or project data.
4. Check the current, previous, and next cue.
5. For a tablet, open the QR window and scan the code in the Android app or browser.
6. Use previous, next, record, play, and stop in the desktop window or on the tablet.

Text Sources

Files and Documents

You can open SRT, ASS/SSA, VTT, SBV, TTML/DFXP, SAMI, LRC, MPL2, TXT, Word, Excel, CSV, and TSV. Select a file with the button or drag it directly into Subtitle Prompter. The selected source and column settings are restored when the project is reopened.

Google Docs and Google Sheets

For Google Sheets, paste a direct link to the exact tab. There is no separate sheet picker: the tab from the URL is used. Link access must allow reading.

In Sheets and Office documents, Subtitle Prompter first looks for two neighboring timecode columns: start and end. End is accepted only when it is later than start. If that pair is not found, the old single-start-column logic is used and cue end comes from the next cue or the end of the file.

Column setup lets you choose start, end, text, and character. The end column is optional. Use it when automatic detection picked the wrong table or service rows.

Roles

If the source has a character column, cues are colored by role. Role filtering affects both the screen and selected cue export.

Timing and Cue Display

When a cue has both start and end, Subtitle Prompter shows the cue zone. On the waveform, that zone is filled with the character color. If there is no end, the previous start-to-next-start logic is used.

Text fill shows progress inside the current cue. It is passed to the browser screen and Android app so the actor sees the same rhythm as the desktop window.

If the pause between cues is shorter than 0.5 seconds, the previous phrase stays on screen until the next one starts, avoiding useless empty flicker.

• Offset shifts text against the host timeline.
• Preroll starts repeat slightly before the cue.
• Loop repeats the selected cue with configured margins before and after it.

Reference Waveform

The waveform helps the actor see speech and pauses in the reference. It should still draw on areas without text: no subtitle does not mean no sound.

For large or unusual audio files, Subtitle Prompter builds peaks through ffmpeg and caches the result. The first pass can take time; reopening the same media should be faster.

In the browser screen, waveform data is loaded separately from realtime state, so the screen does not receive a huge array on every update. When the reference track changes, the external screen fetches the new wave by key.

External Screen and Android APK

The computer and Android device must be on the same local network. Open the connection window, show the QR code, and scan it in the APK. On first launch, the app opens the scanner immediately. If the camera needs focus, tap the QR area.

The phone or tablet shows the current cue, next cue, timecode, and waveform. APK does not show textual track information, so the screen stays focused on the actor.

The APK has previous and next arrows, QR, record, play, and stop buttons. Commands are sent to the host that currently provides sync: Audition, REAPER, or Resolve.

The browser screen is available through QR or the local connection link. Do not replace the computer address with 127.0.0.1: on a tablet that address points back to the tablet. The screen uses the same timecode, text fill, and cue-zone waveform behavior as the APK.

Audition, REAPER, and Resolve

Adobe Audition

Open a multitrack session and choose Window - Extensions - Subtitle Prompter. Select the reference track for waveform. Record, play, and stop control Audition transport.

REAPER

Restart REAPER after installation and choose Extensions - Subtitle Prompter. This opens the native dock panel; no Lua script import is needed. You can use regions, markers, subtitle files, documents, Google Docs, or Google Sheets.

DaVinci Resolve Studio

The integration launches from Workspace - Workflow Integrations. An open project and active timeline are required. This build targets DaVinci Resolve Studio.

Hotkeys and Control

• F5 - repeat current cue with preroll.
• F6 - previous cue.
• F7 - next cue.
• F8 - show or hide neighboring cues.
• F9 - text fill.
• F10 - layout mode.
• F11 - refresh waveform.
• Ctrl+Shift+R - reload the current text source.

Troubleshooting

• If Google Sheets does not load, check link access and make sure the URL points to the exact tab.
• If start time comes from the wrong column, open column setup and choose start manually. End can be left empty.
• If waveform is empty, check the selected track and press waveform refresh. For large files, wait for the first peak build to finish.
• If the tablet is empty, check that both devices are on the same network, Windows Firewall allows Bridge, and the QR code contains the computer's local address rather than 127.0.0.1.
• If APK buttons do not control recording, check that the host app is open and Subtitle Prompter receives sync from it.
