Previous and upcoming cue sections collapse independently without empty frames. Fixed filtered cue navigation with identical timecodes in Audition.
Video-mode text stays within the frame when the entire video is fitted. Cue panels are more compact, with less empty space below short cues and empty roles.
Added fill color, an outline with adjustable thickness, and a shadow with adjustable blur. Color selection supports opacity.
Settings are more compact. Waveform zoom displays its current value and updates when zooming with the mouse wheel.
Improved waveform and video retrieval in Audition; disabled the browser context menu.
Windows, Android and the optional MTC app are updated to 1.6.5. macOS 1.6.5 remains an unsigned test build; it has not been tested on a physical Mac.
1.6.4
Audition: fixed repeated temporary session snapshot exports. The panel waits for the file to finish writing and does not retry indefinitely after an error.
Play/Stop and the dirty flag no longer trigger exports. Snapshots refresh on context changes, video activation or an explicit refresh.
The waveform and track list are available even when the source has no cues. Muted tracks and audio clips remain available.
1.6.3
Added an Actor column and a separate cast sheet with Character/Actor columns. A direct Actor column takes priority; aliases are not guessed.
Selecting an actor checks their characters. Add crowd or other roles, or exclude individual characters. Changing actors resets manual adjustments. Plug-ins retain the selection in project settings; APK/MTC reset it when the document changes.
Highlight selected keeps other cues visible but dimmed; navigation and export respect the selection.
Audition: create point or range markers from selected cues, preserving existing markers and skipping duplicates.
Fixed actor names in REAPER menus and cleanup of previously saved incorrect [object Object] entries.
Updated Windows, Android 1.6.3 and documentation. macOS remains the unsigned 1.6.2 test build.
1.6.2
In full-screen mode, panels hide automatically and the exit button appears on hover.
Improved documents and prompter behavior: manual scrolling while paused no longer returns to the current cue.
Fixed auto-update packaging for REAPER and Audition.
The full Windows installer offers a separate MTC application for timecode synchronization with Pro Tools and Nuendo, unchecked by default. Plug-in auto-updates do not install it.
Android 1.6.2 adds MMC cue navigation, prompter and video when connected to MTC. Unavailable playback and recording commands are disabled. A new unsigned test PKG 1.6.2 is included for REAPER on macOS 14+.
1.6.1
Changes:
Document opens the selected local document's settings; use Browse to replace the file.
Added minutes:seconds:frames timecodes and per-document FPS. Default retains existing recognition. Sheet, format and FPS share one row.
Resize prompter columns by dragging their boundaries.
NAME is recognized as a character-column header.
Fixed the blank prompter on Android. QR processing runs in the background with a limited number of recognition attempts per frame.
Updated the guide. macOS remains on version 1.6.0.
1.6.0
Changes:
Reworked the prompter: the full document stays visible with the current cue highlighted. Show or hide timecodes, with consistent text sizing on Windows and Android.
Android now includes video from Audition and REAPER, editing with Apply and Cancel, Save Copy, search and role filtering. Switch modes while paused.
Improved mobile transport controls, Earlier and Next blocks, scrolling and playback, recording and loop indicators.
Approve the first Android connection on your computer; the device is then remembered. No key entry is needed on the phone. Browser control has been removed.
Improved countdowns and character colors, including Google Sheets colors. Fixed track selection, column detection, waveform behavior and reconnection.
Updated the guide, Windows installer and Android app. A separate unsigned test PKG is available for REAPER on Macs running macOS 14 or later.
1.5
Changes:
Audition and REAPER now have a cue editor: change text, available timecodes and characters directly in the panel. Navigate with arrows or the timeline and drag cue boundaries on the waveform.
The editor provides Save As, Save, Apply and Cancel. Write to the source, create a copy in the same format or keep changes in the current session. After Save As, the copy becomes the active source.
Online documents can also be edited. Saving creates a local copy: Google Docs as DOCX, Sheets as XLSX, and Yandex or Mail.ru in the available original format. The cloud document is not overwritten.
Added character search and manual role colors. Document colors come from the role's first cue: the character-name cell fill, the name's Word background or highlight, then its text color. Manual colors take priority.
Long cues can be split at inline timecodes in parentheses or square brackets. Valid increasing timecodes split the text into parts; invalid markers remain text. The editor changes the selected part.
Reworked scrolling in Full, Compact and Video layouts. Current text is not shrunk to fit; Video offers two or three smoothly scrolling lines or the entire text. Earlier and Next use two lines and scroll only manually.
The mouse wheel over the waveform moves along the timeline; Ctrl+wheel zooms. Fixed jittering cue boundaries in Audition and repeated button activation with Space. Automatic countdowns are hidden for pauses shorter than three seconds.
Source refresh rereads the saved file, including while it is open in Word or Excel. Removed repeated dialogs after selecting or cancelling a file. Office saves are checked by reading the result back and include a backup.
Settings now use two columns with independent text sizes. Windows setup supports custom and portable REAPER locations. Updated the RU/EN guide. macOS remains a separate REAPER-only test build; the Android app remains at 1.4.1.
1.4.1
Changes:
Google, Yandex, and Mail.ru share one Online document source, with the provider detected from the link. Public XLSX and DOCX files from Mail.ru Cloud open without signing in.
Cue navigation respects pre-roll and immediately shows the target line. The countdown appears in unused video space or over the Earlier block, without covering the current text.
Cue navigation and recording controls are grouped on the bottom bar next to pre-roll. A short press repeats the cue; holding the button toggles looping, highlighted in green when active. Window controls remain accessible when panels are hidden.
Interface scaling from 60% to 200% is available in Audition and REAPER settings and with Ctrl+mouse wheel. Text size is independent of panel scaling.
An import prompt appears when no document is open. Fixed file selection and reopening the dialog after cancellation in REAPER; normal startup no longer opens a console window.
Android buttons are 50% larger, with layouts adapted to narrow and square screens. Native and WebView modes remain available.
Updated the RU/EN guide, Windows installer, Android app, and the separate REAPER test build for macOS.
1.4.0
Changes:
You can now drag the displayed waveform with a mouse or finger: the playhead stays centered, and sensitivity depends on the zoom level. This also works on Android; the gesture is disabled while recording.
Audition and REAPER settings now share a consistent layout: light, dark, and system themes, interface scaling, playhead color, and quick restoration of hidden panels.
In REAPER, you can select multiple roles and create regions using cue start and end times. If there is no end time, a start marker is created instead.
Added scrolling in shorter windows
Updated the user guide.
